Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product. You are paying for a customization service and the time taken to personalize your item.

Refund Policy for Digital Download Overlays/Templates

Your files will be sent in PNG format to your email after your approval.
When you purchase, you agree that you have read through the description.
I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation before the final file is sent to your email.
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Refunds/exchanges cannot be provided after the delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
